Stabilized Bridge
We offer Stabilized Bridge Loans designed for recently renovated or newly constructed properties that are ready or soon to be listed for sale. With up to 85% LTC and up to 70% LTV, our bridge financing provides flexible short-term capital to help investors transition between projects. Loan amounts range from $75K to $1.5MM (larger loans considered case-by-case), with 12 to 18-month terms. Eligible properties include single-family, 2-4 units, townhomes, and warrantable condos, provided they are C2 or better in condition and within the 90th percentile of market value—no rural, exotic, or unique properties. Minimum FICO 660 required.
